I like it.

The idea of a luxury small car is something car markers should focus on.

Imagine a car that is easy to park and maneuver but also rides like an S-Class and has good interior materials.

If nothing else, it’s probably expensive.

I’m driving a 2012 Nissan Versa these days and I am astonished by how much I like it.

I wish, wish Toyota could have offered a CT200t alongside the CT200h.

I think these look really cool! However, I was disappointed when I discovered it has a prius drivetrain..

These are popping everywhere in São Paulo now.

Our ‘14 with 30k miles on it was only $20k. Now I know everything is relative, but that’s the price of a loaded Sentra.

I’d say that’s a reason to look for a used one ... those things have proven dead reliable.

That may be the case.. but driving excitement and all that. A 6-speed and a turbo 4 would make it fun little luxo-hot hatch.

My versa, with a 32k mile engine, cost about 1/5th that amount.

I was going to say that the prices for those fall off a cliff after about a year. And it’s a nice vehicle, as far as I can tell.

I almost included this on my short list couple months ago, but it is epically slow.

At this point, I just want a comfortable rental. At some point I’ll rent something exotic, but right now I just need low to no drama.

For NYC, i suppose that speed is not the factor. When i lived in Boston i would drive to the Village once a month or so. If you are driving in Manhattan you are never going to be fast.

Well, when I rent a car, I am driving it out of Manhattan, so speed might matter - to the DC area to see my mom, or to deepest, darkest Jersey to shop at giant stores we don’t have here.
